• Question: There are also many many people with anorexia or belimia out there. Which is more dangerous to a person not eating or over eating and which do you think needs more support?

Well both can have disastrous effects on your health. Overeating can in turn lead to many life threatening diseases such as heart disease and stroke and underrating can lead to the major organs slowing or even shutting down in order to conserve energy. Many people see under eating disorders as potentially more dangerous as they are classed as psychological disorders and require more intensive treatment. However at the other end of the spectrum extreme over eating can result in people having to be treated by full time nurses. To be fair extremes of either are equally dangerous however with the right diet and exercise both can be managed, a recent channel 4 programme involving one morbidly obese person and one chronically underweight individual made them swap diets in order to see how extreme their habits were and how equally damaging these habits were to their health. It teaches us that moderation is the key and that a healthy balanced diet and exercise is the ticket to good health and happiness.

Check it out its very good
